Wow, I never thought a song parody I wrote/recorded would end up on the GRRM blog! Red letter day for me!

Wonderful work, Jason.
Thank you, George! BTW, if you’re looking for someone to write a theme song for the Wild Cards TV series, don’t hesitate to call me. 🙂
Really REALLY enjoyed the FIRE & BLOOD excerpt George! I was immersed immediately!!
Miss your old blog only because you used to post more there but very happy to get such a treat from you!
cannot wait to read this in NOvember!!
Love it!
That brought a much-needed smile to my face. Thanks!
Hi george. Apologies to hijack the thread for a minute but recently on social media theres been a new holiday invented called wolfenoot. It was invented by a 7 year old in new zealand and its been going viral over the last 24 hours.
Its all about being kind to animals, in particular wolves and dogs. You eat roast meat for dinner and have full moon shaped cake for dessert. Whoever is the most kind of animals gets the best presents. (Again, a 7 year old invented this)
Its been suggested that it also be used to raise funds for local wolf santuarys and general animal rights charities. Which is why i thought to message you (this not a blog being the only way i know how.) As someone who i know is a huge wolf lover and also a massive platform to take this further, i thought you may 1) like to know about it, and 2) be interested in spreading the word.
23rd November
#wolfenoot
Love it!
Absolutely fantastic song (and I happen to like the original too)! But this shows for me, how much catching up I still have to do. More than half the names mentioned in the song don’t ring a bell with me…
