Her father Eric Ladd writes, "Just dropping you a line and a photo of our new daughter. We named her Mia Catelyn because we enjoy your books so much and think the name is beautiful. Mia Catelyn was born September 26, 2006 and I look forward to reading her your books one day when she is older."
