Did we mention the legendary parties, networking events, and cutting-edge virtual reality experiences? There&#8217;s something for everyone at the 24th Annual deadCenter Film Festival. However you deadCenter, your pass will allow you to experience the best of the fest! <\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0The festival will feature a great lineup of features and short films from exciting new talents&#8230; including the WORLD PREMIERE of MARY MARGARET ROAD-GRADER, based on the classic short story by Howard Waldrop, and produced by George R.R. Martin and Trioscope Films,\u00a0 scripted and directed by Steven Paul Judd and starring Crystle Lightning, Martin Sensemeier, Cody Lightning, Elias Gallegos, and Ryan Begay. \u00a0 Ramin Djawadi did the score.<\/p>\n<p>Originally published in 1977 in ORBIT 18, &#8220;Mary Margaret&#8221; was a finalist for the Nebula Award, Howard&#8217;s first major awards nomination&#8230;. though far from his last.\u00a0\u00a0 Alas, he lost<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-8755\" src=\"https:\/\/georgerrmartin.com\/notablog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/IMG_9222-663x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"663\" height=\"1024\" srcset=\"https:\/\/georgerrmartin.com\/notablog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/IMG_9222-663x1024.jpg 663w, https:\/\/georgerrmartin.com\/notablog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/IMG_9222-194x300.jpg 194w, https:\/\/georgerrmartin.com\/notablog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/IMG_9222-768x1187.jpg 768w, https:\/\/georgerrmartin.com\/notablog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/IMG_9222-994x1536.jpg 994w, https:\/\/georgerrmartin.com\/notablog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/IMG_9222.jpg 1035w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 663px) 100vw, 663px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The festival will run from June 6 through June 9.\u00a0\u00a0 MARY MARGARET will run twice:<\/p>\n<p>Friday June 7th, 3:00 PM\u00a0\u00a0 Harkins Auditorium 11<\/p>\n<p>Saturday June 8th, 9:00 pm\u00a0 Harkins Auditorium 13<\/p>\n<p>Screenings will be shown at the Harkins Theatres Bricktown, 150 E.
