(No, not in my stocking, he&#8217;s much too fragile to go into a stocking).<\/p>\n<p>The original figure, of course, is Fat King Robert from Dark Sword&#8217;s &#8220;George R.R. Martin Masterworks&#8221; range, sculpted by the incomparable Tom Meier.  But he&#8217;s been transformed into&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/grrm.livejournal.com\/pics\/catalog\/460\/155449\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/georgerrmartin.com\/notablog\/wp-content\/uploads\/import\/155449_300.jpg\" alt=\"GRRM_front\" title=\"GRRM_front\" width=\"280\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>(Turtles are my totem animal.  The only pets I was allowed as a kid in the projects).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/grrm.livejournal.com\/pics\/catalog\/460\/155733\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/georgerrmartin.com\/notablog\/wp-content\/uploads\/import\/155733_300.jpg\" alt=\"GRRM_back\" title=\"GRRM_back\" width=\"272\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Lil&#8217; GRRM was painted by the amazing Anne Foerster.  Hat (with turtle pin!) and glasses were provided by wonderful Raya Golden.<\/p>\n<p>And of course my lady Parris was behind the whole thing.<\/p>\n<p>Love you all!
